Oil a round glass pan. A cake pan is okay. Spread about 1 cup diced ham in bottom. Top with about 1 cup grated swiss cheese. Beat together: 3/4 cups Biquik 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk few dashes of black pepper Pour over ham and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until firm in the middle and golden brown on top. It will rise significantly, then flatten out again after you take it out of the oven. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
