Macaroni Make a white sauce: Roughly 2-3 Tablespoons of butter melted in microwave add 2 Tablespoons of flour cook another minute or so until bubbly. Add salt & pepper and gradually enough milk to make a gravy like sauce (microwaving a minute or so at a time then stirring) Add Velveeta cheese chunks and microwave until melted unttil you have a fairly thin cheezy sauce. Sometimes I add shredded cheddar cheese to make it a little cheezier. Add milk when needed to make it the right consistency. While you are doing that boil your macaroni but not too done. Add it to the sauce in a casserole and bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Just until bubbly and thick.
